Class 2 have had a fabulous visit to Millers Fish and Chip Shop in Haxby today to see sustainability in action. We were shown around by Nick, Mark, John and Hope. We saw how the fish is cut and prepared as well as how the front of house works in order to provide the highest quality fish and chips. Then we got to sample the fish and chips for lunch and we thought they were delicious. Finally to end the trip Nick ‘FaceTimed’ Daniel in Norway who caught our fish so that we could say a big thank you!
