This is an opportunity to come, listen and discuss with North Yorkshire Police how social networking and media is impacting and more importantly will impact on the lives of your children and they grow.
It also will open your eyes to some misconceptions and ‘assumptions’ we may rightly or wrongly make.
Even for parents of children in Class 1, I would strongly encourage you to attend. It may seem a long way of to their 13th birthday (the legal age for facebook) but believe me, forewarned is forearmed.
This is a repeat of the session held and was really well received by the parents who attended last year.
